What annual running costs do I have to pay on my holiday home?
Annual pitch fees from March of each year, metered gas/LPG bottles, metered electric and local authority rates are the typical costs of owning a holiday home at Lilliardsedge Holiday Park as well as insurance.

Can I let my holiday home out?
This is entirely up to the owner, we take no responsibility for privately rented out property.
Changing over of keys etc must be done so by the holiday home owner.
The owner must be fully responsible for maintaining the home in order for the property to be rented out.

Can I upgrade my holiday home in the future?
Certainly! We have a large range of brand new and pre loved holiday homes, with lodges and caravans available to view today.
Just give us a call or pop in to the main office to arrange a viewing or to speak to a member of our friendly team
With options to suit all budgets we are sure there will be something to suit everyone.
Hot Tub Lodges and Cottages FAQs

Can I book direct?
Yes! We offer fantastic prices when calling us direct, our bookings office is usually open between the hours of 9am and 5pm – 01835 830271

Does the accommodation include bed linen and towels?
All of our lodges and cottages are fully equipped with beds made up on arrival as well as one towel per guest.
We do recommend bringing an additional towel to dry off after using the hot tub.

What is the minimum nights stay?
We offer a minimum of 2 nights stay, our short breaks typically start on Mondays and Fridays.
For all other dates please call us direct.

Are there any additional payments taken on arrival?
We take a £200 security deposit for each lodge on arrival, this is held as a pending transaction during your stay and is released on departure.
It is simply to cover us for any breakages or damaged items that may occur during your stay.
Please note. It can take up to 5 working days for the pending transaction to be released back into your bank after departure.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Check in is from 4pm, if you expect to arrive later than this please let us know as soon as possible.
Departure is 9am, please drop your keys off at our main office.

What is included in the complimentary welcome pack?
Inside your starter welcome pack you will find a handful of tea bags, coffee and sugar sachets along with a sweet biscuit treat.
As well as a hygiene pack which is made up of a tea towel, a small tube of washing liquid, a dish cloth and a kitchen roll
If your lodge/cottage has a dishwasher you will also be provided with a few tablets to start you off.

Are BBQ’s allowed?
We do allow BBQ’s however there are some rules you must adhere to;
BBQ’s must be raised off the ground
BBQ’s must not be placed directly onto the decking area or grass
BBQ’s must be supervised by a responsible person at all times
BBQ’s must be disposed of and cleaned up after every use
