We will endeavour to accommodate any changes that you wish to make to your holiday once booked. Deposits are none refundable and will only be transferred at the discretion of the management. Any bookings cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival then any monies paid (exc. deposit) will be refunded. All monies will be lost for any bookings cancelled within 72 hours of arrival. Should circumstances beyond our control force us to cancel your holiday then we will either offer you a full refund of any monies paid or make alternative arrangement for another time

COVID-19 Statement – 22nd March 2020
As everyone is all too aware, the ongoing public health situation has been rapidly escalating over recent days.
Unfortunately, our company has had to make the incredibly difficult decision to close our holiday parks to self catering bookings due to stay with us in any form of hire accommodation, touring caravans or camping arriving between Monday 23rd March until 30th April 2020.
If you currently have a booking and are due to stay with us through Hoseasons, contact will be made with you shortly to explain your options. Should you have a booking direct with us, we will be in contact over the coming days.
Our parks still remain open to holiday home owners and seasonal pitches. Please be advised that all facilities including the bar, restaurant and the majority of the amenity building will remain closed. While the park remains open to holiday home owners, we ask that everyone follows government advise relating to the avoidance of unnecessary travel. This contributes towards the safety and well-being of our staff.
The safety of our team, owners, holiday makers and visitors is our number one priority and this decision has not came easily. The situation will be reviewed and updated for dates after 30th April 2020.
