Our beautiful grotto returns this December following three sell-out years! Children can wander through the snowy winter zone before arriving at Santa’s door. They can then visit Santa’s living room where they can chat with the big man himself and will receive a golden ticket to exchange for a gift of their choice at Santa’s workshop hut. PLUS, his famous sleigh will be parked up outside allowing the whole family to get a photo onboard against the backdrop of our renowned Christmas lights.

Marshmallow toasting will also be available in addition to the grotto visit. This is available at an additional cost and can be purchased upon visiting.

Children should be accompanied into the Grotto by a maximum of 2 adults due to space restrictions in and around the Grotto.

Children must remain under the care and supervision of an adult for the duration of the event.

Gifts are only suitable for the age as stated due to small parts. Please select a toy that is appropriate for your child’s age.

Advance booking is recommended as key dates sell out quickly, so book now to avoid disappointment.

To help Santa spark up a conversation, particularly if the child becomes shy (we’ve all been there!), please give us a little information to chat about. E.g. Any achievements, good behaviour, milestones etc.
