Our 2021 pitch fees are discounted to £2650.00 per year if paid in full by 1st February 2021. This covers our 12 month holiday season and Includes Local Authority Rates /Environmental Charges. The pitch fee payment can be made in two parts – £1850 by 1st April 2021 and £975 by 1st October 2021.

Open and spacious living spaces make this Atlas Debonair a gorgeous home-from-home located on the exclusive Hillside View development at the Flower of May. Complete with double glazing and central heating and patio doors to the front, there is a flood of natural light in this holiday home.

The living space has two free-standing sofas which provide comfortable, sectional seating for the whole family. It’s set around an upholstered footstool, TV stand and fireplace, which has a log-burner style electric fire. Step-through the patio doors on to the decking which is fully skirted and has gorgeous views across the new development and the Yorkshire Wolds.

In the kitchen, an L-shaped worktop unit partially sections the lounge off from the kitchen, while adding storage, a wine rack and a matt-finish sink looking out of the holiday home. The rustic style cupboards are stylish, with a sage green colour to the bottom, with cream cupboards above. The wood-effect worktops match the dining table, which seats four just off the kitchen space. There is an integrated fridge-freezer, gas hob and oven/grill, with an overhead extractor too.
