The bedrooms consist of one double room which has an en-suite toilet and wash basin, plus a large fitted wardrobe and dressing table, with mirror and stool. Perfect for getting ready for a day out exploring the Scottish Borders. The twin room is a good size and has over-bed storage, plus a bedside table between the two single beds.
The fully fitted kitchen is a unique shape, enabling increased work top space, plus the bonus of an integrated fridge-freezer and a convenient, integrated dishwasher, which means more time for relaxing and less time doing the dishes! Opposite the kitchen is a dining area complete with a contemporary, free-standing and extending dining table and chairs chairs, which is great for family meal times, having guests over, or entertaining friends.
The Studio has a spacious lounge and two free standing sofas, the neutral colour scheme allows you to put your personal stamp on this lovely holiday home. The large front windows let light stream in, and really brighten up the living space.
Our 2021 pitch fees are discounted to £2650.00 per year if paid in full by 1st February 2021. This covers our 12 month holiday season and Includes Local Authority Rates /Environmental Charges.
