Tavern Bar & Restaurant Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions

1. The loyalty card is personal to the cardholder to whom it is issued and is non-transferable to any other person.
2. It must be presented at the till at the time of purchase for points to be assigned to your account. Reward points cannot be added after the transaction is completed. If you forget your loyalty card please note that it is not possible to get points added retrospectively at a later date.
3. Charges applied at time of joining the loyalty scheme are for a 12 month period. You will be required to renew your membership after this time. The cancelation of any card/membership, whether by the customer or Lilliardsedge will not warrant any form of full or partial membership charge refund.
4. Allow up to 48 hours for any new loyalty account/card to become active for use.
5. The loyalty card remains property of Lilliardsedge Holiday Park at all times, and we reserve the right to change or alter the terms and conditions and the operation of the scheme at any time without notice. We reserve the right to halt or terminate the scheme at any time without notice.
6. Lilliardsedge will not be liable for any costs or losses which arise in connection to the scheme being altered or cancelled.
7. Purchases prior to cardholder status will not accrue points.
8. Lilliardsedge cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised use of the loyalty card or for lost/stolen cards.
9. Loyalty points will not be gained when purchasing a gift card or voucher. Loyalty points cannot be redeemed to purchase a gift card or voucher.
10. Tavern Bar & Restaurant loyalty scheme is available to persons aged 18 and over.
11. Loyalty points cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or vouchers.
12. Lilliardsedge does not warrant or represent that your loyalty card will always be accepted at our venue. For example, in the unlikely event of a failure of Lilliardsedge IT and communications systems, Lilliardsedge may not be able to add points or redeem any store monetary value as payment during such a system failure.
13. Each reward point is worth 1p.

We will use your personal details to sent you information about your loyalty card, the scheme or promotions within our group of companies. If at any time you would like us to stop sending you emails, please let us know and we will do so.
