Terms & Conditions of Booking

Responsibility

The person making the booking is responsible for the conduct of all the individuals in their party. Please ensure that you read this document and retain for your records. Failure to read and abide by it is no excuse for contravention. We do not accept bookings from or allow anyone to stay on or visit any of our holiday parks who is listed on the Violent and Sex Offenders Register (or any register which supersedes this). By making a booking, you are confirming that no one in your party is on this Register.

Check In
Please report to reception when checking in. If you are going to be arriving after 5pm please inform the reception staff ia email or telephone and check in at the Tavern Bar & Restaurant.

Booking Conditions
We reserve the right to decline or terminate the booking of any customers whose party make up or behavior may be or
come to be a nuisance, danger, or annoyance to others. In such instances no refunds will be offered. With this in mind our
policy is not to accept large group bookings or bookings made for celebratory parties. Lilliardsedge is a family park and our
facilities are designed to recognize this.

Hot-Tub Lodge Confirmation
Bookings made will only be secure and confirmed on the payment of a deposit. £150 for a Lodge or Cottage with a hot tub.
Full balance is to be paid 21 days prior to arrival or in full if the booking is made within 21 days of arrival date. Single night
bookings are not accepted. Hot-Tub Bookings will only be accepted if the Hot Tub Disclaimer is agreed and signed by the
person responsible for the booking, Please note there is a swipe of a card for £200 Pre-Authorisation which is held on your
banking account as a pending transaction.

Tourer and Tent Booking Confirmation
Bookings made will only be secure and confirmed on the payment of a deposit. A deposit of £25 is to be paid unless the
booking is for one night, then the rate must be paid in full. Full balance is to be paid 21 days prior arrival or in full if the
booking is made within 21 days of arrival date.

Changes and Cancellations
We will endeavour to accommodate any changes that you wish to make to your holiday once booked. Deposits are none
refundable and will only be transferred at the discretion of the management here at Lilliardsedge. Any bookings cancelled up
to 72 hours prior to arrival then any monies paid (exc. deposit) will be refunded. All monies will be lost for any bookings
cancelled within 72 hours of arrival. Should circumstances beyond our control force us to cancel your holiday then we will
either offer you a full refund of any monies paid or make alternative arrangement for another time.

Arrivals and Departures
All customers and visitors are required to call in at reception unless arrival is after 5pm then please check in at the Tavern
Bar. Lodges & Caravan hire can check in from 16:00pm on day of arrival and must depart by 09:00am on day of departure.
Touring and tent pitches are let from 12:00pm on day of arrival until 11:00am on the day of departure. For a late departure
please enquire with reception during the hours of 08:30 – 17:00

Use of your accommodation
Only those people listed on the booking can occupy your accommodation and use of the facilities.

Data Protection
The information supplied on the booking form will be stored on our computer systems for administrative and marketing
purposes only. We may also disclose your data to Campstead Ltd who may contact you, inviting you to complete a
questionnaire and review regarding your stay at our park. Your information will not be passed on to any other third parties
without your prior consent. From time to time we may contact you with news and special offers exclusive to our customers,
if you do not wish to receive such information please let us know

Park Rules

These park rules are in place for the good management of the park and the benefit of all who use it.

We do not accept bookings from or allow anyone to stay on any of our holiday parks who is listed on the Violent and Sex Offenders Register (or any register which supersedes this). By making a booking, you are confirming that no one in your party is on this Register.

These rules form part of the contract between us for your occupation of a touring or tent pitch or a Caravan or Lodge hire rental on the park.

The park is open for 12 months holiday occupation.

It is your responsibility whilst on holiday to ensure you and your visitors adhere to the park rules.

For the convenience of our guests, we reserve the right to terminate the party’s holiday without compensation or refund, where the unreasonable behaviour of the persons in the holiday party might
impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests, our team members, or staff. This may include but is not limited to verbal or physical abuse and will be at the management’s discretion.

You are responsible for the cleanliness of the holiday home rental or touring/tent pitch. The area must be kept clean i.e. rubbish must be taken to the disposal bins provided behind the Tavern Bar.

Rubbish must be deposited inside the skips provided behind the Tavern Bar & Restaurant. For the disposal of large items contact Reception. For disposal of larger items such as fridges, freezers
veranda’s please contact the Local Services. Please recycle as much possible in the area provided.

Children may be playing – adhere to the speed limit please. 5mph.

Parking is one per holiday home rental, touring or tent pitch, extra cars may park on areas provided. Please do not park on grass or verges.

All drivers must hold a suitable licence for the vehicle, all vehicles, including golf buggies.

Please act in a courteous and considerate manner toward anyone visiting, using, or working on the holiday home rental or park including us, our staff, other customers of ours and users of other
holiday homes and park accommodation.

Audio Instruments are not to be used to the annoyance of other Park users. They should not be audible to other Park users.

Open Fires are not allowed in any area of the Park. Barbecues may be used subject to stringent fire safety precautions being observed, and prior permission being obtained from Reception.

Please observe and take all reasonable steps to ensure that persons who use or visit the park including children in their party adopt the following standards of behaviour not to commit any criminal
offence at the park or use the holiday home rental, touring, or tent pitch in connection with any or criminal activity.
You are not allowed to commit any acts of vandalism or nuisance
You are not allowed to use fireworks on the holiday park
You are not allowed to keep, join up or carry firearms or any other weapons on park
You are not allowed to use unlawful drugs
You are not allowed to carry on a trade or business
You are not allowed to Permit anyone who is to your knowledge on the sex offenders register to use or visit the holiday park, including the facilities, Hire Accommodation, Camping Bookings,

Please respect the privacy of all other holiday home owners, rentals, tourers and tents and keep noise to a minimum at all times.

Alcohol may only be consumed in the immediate vicinity of your holiday home rental, tourer or tent in or on licensed premises. Alcohol consumed in licence premises can only be purchased from
the premises.

Dogs must be kept on a short lead at all times on the park and any fouling lifted immediately.

Children are the responsibility of parents or guardians at all times so as not to be a danger or nuisance to themselves or others. The park address must not be used for postal or goods deliveries without prior notification to the office.

Holiday Home rentals must refrain from using the bath and shower facilities in the amenity building, these facilities are for the use of tourers and tents.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept same sex groups under the age of 21 years old. Other parties of young people are accepted at the Company’s discretion. When purchasing alcohol, you may be
asked to show identification to prove that you are 18. We will accept a passport, photographic driving licence or a valid proof of age card.

It is advisable to acquaint yourselves with your holiday environment as soon as you arrive. Walking over grassy and often undulating ground, or through wooded parkland may also be
unfamiliar, and contain aspects of wildlife such as rabbit holes. Local Authority planning constraints that help to preserve the rural nature of the Parks, also limit the amount of street lighting that can be
provided at some locations for the same reason. Street lighting directly around accommodation is kept at a low level to assist children to sleep at night.

Please treat the property, facilities and accommodation with respect and care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them. Accommodation will be inspected at the end of the holiday and you may
be charged for any loss or damage found. We reserve the right to enter accommodation under any special circumstances or emergencies.

In line with current legislation, please note that with effect from July 1st, 2007 all Holiday Parks in
England, Wales, and Scotland follow the new legislation meaning that all their venues are designated
non-smoking areas including holiday hire rental accommodation.
Anyone who fails to comply with the park rules will be asked to leave the park immediately without a refund.
